SYRO Embossing Cylinder System
Description
The SYRO embossing device and control is attached on a metallic frame. The graving of the fibre cement panel happens when it runs through the embossing cylinder and the supporting roll. Optional the embossing cylinder can permanently be cleaned by a brushing system. The cylinder can easily be exchanged by another one. The embossing pressure can individually be adjusted during the graving process.

The SYRO embossing system is dedicated for the fibre cement and CBPB industry.

Assembly
The embossing device and control unit are assembled on a metal frame. The fibre cement plate gets its gravure by its way through the embossing cylinder and support roller. The embossing cylinder is permanently cleaned by dedicated brushes and can easily be replaced by another cylinder with a different gravure. The embossing pressure can be individually changed during the embossing process.
