Oil SYRONOL 732/1
Water-insoluble solvent-free concrete parting agent of the newest generation which is quickly biodegradable according to CEC-L 33-A-94 (test report of Hygiene-Institut, Gelsenkirchen, Germany). SYRONOL 732/1 is ideal for types of shuttering, such as steel, wood, and coated shuttering panels. The product can also be used as mixer protection in devices and in construction vehicles and transporters.
Application
SYRONOL 732/1 can be applied problem-free in the state at time of supply by spraying, brushing or rolling. Years of field experience show that SYRONOL 732/1 has no negative influence on the further treatment of concrete (cast, tiles, wallpaper, colour) when applied properly. The excellent quality of this product was confirmed by various expert opinions; e.g. by Münchner Baustoff-Prüfung GmbH, Alescco Bauchemie Produkte GmbH and IBQ Ingenieurgesellschaft für Baustoffprüfung und Qualitätssicherung mbH.
SYRONOL 732/1 is primarily used for the spray coating:
- of aluminium pressure casting moulds in the concrete roofing tiles manufacturing
- of running steel or aluminium coils in the steel plate production
- of all kind of steel moulds in the fibre cement plates manufacturing
