The SYRO steel moulds for the fibre cement industry are produced at dedicated manufacturers in Switzerland. The high quality of these products is the result of the consequent use of latest production technologies and fully automated production and handling processes.
The SYRO assortment consists of the following steel products:
Flat Steel Moulds (FSM)
SYRO flat steel moulds are cut and deburred in the most modern Swiss Multi-Metall-Service-Centers.
Corrugated Steel Moulds (CSM)
SYRO corrugated steel moulds are formed in a Press Brake press using specially designed tools.
Structured Flat Steel Moulds (SSM)
SYRO structured steel moulds get their engraving already during the manufacturing of the hot rolled strips.
